After class I took the bus down to see Cassi, I hadn't seen her since early this morning and wanted to come say hi while she was at work. I ate at work. I ended up reading while I ate for about an hour.
For Dinner: Pounded Chicken Breast, with arugula, tomatoes and spicy sauce.
It is officially Grey's Anatomy time!

- My name is Katy, I am currently a student at University of Washington and I live in Seattle with my wonderful girlfriend, Cassi. This past April, we flew down to Las Vegas to play in a soccer tournament. We play year round on an all women's team here in Seattle. In the first game of the weekend, I heard three loud "pops" in my knee and came crashing to the ground. I tore my ACL and had surgery, replacing the ligament completely with part of my hamstring. Not being able to walk, and play soccer made me realize that I was taking my body for granted. I am a naturally athletic person, and I have let myself get out of shape. Since I graduated high school in 2005 I have gained a lot of weight. My knee injury has put things into perspective for me and realizing how lucky I am to be, an otherwise healthy person, makes me feel foolish for not taking care of myself. It's time for me to change my life.
