Day 208

For Breakfast: Oatmeal. Coffee.

I laid low most of the day.

For Lunch: Steamed tofu and broccoli with sesame oil, sesame seeds, and and low sodium soy sauce.

I went to work tonight but still didn't feel that great.

For Dinner: Salad with mixed greens, carrots, fennel, chicken, avocado, and house dressing.
