I am home now and I think I am going to go roller blading. I want to get a workout but I don't feel like going to the gym.

I have created this blog to hold myself accountable. It is time for me to get back in shape, and feel good about my body again. My objective is to cook myself healthy meals and not sacrifice flavor or creativity. By cooking my own meals everyday, I can control exactly what goes into my body.
