Day 177

For Breakfast: One egg omelette with crimini mushrooms, bell pepper, and zucchini (it's my favorite mix) and half a grapefruit and some good coffee!

I have something to show you . . . . This is the first time I am posting a progress photo. The First picture is me, at the very beginning I starting taking progress photos at about 5 days into my journey. The second picture is from this morning. I have many many pictures I wanted to show you my results so far of everything that I have done. I look like a different person. Looking at these photos makes me so proud of myself!
177 days into My Journey, Almost 30 lbs Gone.
Don't mind my face, I just woke up in both pictures, it's when I feel the thinnest.

    THANK YOU FOR POSTING THESE - EVERY TIME I SEE YOU (QUITE OFTEN) I THINK YOU LOOK BETTER AND HEALTHIER, YET SEEING THE COMPARISON OF THESE 2 PICTURES IS AMAZING!!!! AND PROOF THAT YOU CAN DO ANYTHING! THAT'S FREEDOM!
