Well, I spent the day at home, half of it in bed. I can't help but feel totally bummed about my knee pain. I guess I need to call Dr. Larson. I still feel stuffy and sick too. Last night I gave my shift away because my knee hurt so bad. I totally hate this and I need to pull myself out of denial and get to the doctor so he can tell me I am okay, I need to make sure.
For Dinner: I roasted butternut squash and also brussel sprouts with pecans and it was awesome.
I drank tea all night and did my knee exercises. I couldn't sleep because the pain was so bad, very very nervous at this point.
