For Breakfast: One of Uncle Steve’s classic breakfast feasts. Sausage and bacon, with two eggs and toast. Coffee.
While Aunt Lisa rested we worked with Uncle Steve outside. We did a bunch of yard work.
For Lunch: Gullah rice leftover.
For Dinner: Filet mignon on the grill with mashed potatoes, and grilled zucchini with a green salad. One Yuengling.
It was a jam packed day, hence not many pictures were taken. It was nice to have some time with Uncle Steve and see him with his side of the family. Canton is a great small town with lots of character.
